The producers of New York, New York – the new Broadway musical nominated for 9 Tony Awards, including 'Best Musical' – have announced that 'New York, New York,' the show's iconic title track, is being released as a special single today, Friday, June 9. Stream and download the single HERE. The show's full Original Broadway Cast Recording will now be released digitally on Friday, June 23. The CD release is planned for August. Unlike many cast recordings, the album features 90 minutes of music from the show's score, including orchestral interludes.
