WASHINGTON — The vast majority of New York City voters see the number of asylum seekers arriving there — many of them bused from Texas — as a crisis and want the federal government to step in, according to recent polling that indicates Gov. Greg Abbott's migrant busing has at least convinced many of the city's residents. Seventy percent of New York voters say the number of migrants arriving in the city — more than 40,000 since last year — is a crisis, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released this week.
